Ingredients:

2 Lbs chicken, cooked and seasoned
Corn tortillas
Oil
Avocados
Garlic salt
Lime juice
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Sour Cream
Cheese

Directions:

Prepare corn tortillas by heating up 1 small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.  Cook each tortilla for 20 seconds per side.  Stack on a plate, separated occasionally by paper towels.

Make guacamole using avocado, a sprinkle of garlic salt, to taste, and a tablespoon or so of lime juice.  Use a whisk to smash avocado and mix ingredients.

Serve family-style, with all the tortillas, chicken, and toppings at the table for everyone to assemble and serve themselves.
