Ingredients:

8 Eggs
½ C milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 loaf dense white bread
oil
butter
syrup
powdered sugar
1 pkg sausage links
Salt
Pepper
shredded cheese

Directions:

Combine 2 eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.  Beat well.

Coat bread with mixture and cook in oil on a griddle.  Serve with butter, syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.  

Meanwhile, cook sausage according to package directions and use remaining 6 eggs to make scrambled eggs.  Melt cheese into scrambled eggs just before eggs finish cooking.
