Ingredients:
3-4 pound beef rump roast
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 large onion, sliced
2 T. beef bouillon
flour tortillas for burritos
Toppings of choice
Directions:
- Put everything in crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours until meat is falling apart.
- Shred meat and put back in crock pot until ready to use.
- Put desired toppings on burrito. Roll & ready to go.
