Ingredients:

3-4 pound beef rump roast
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 large onion, sliced
2 T. beef bouillon
flour tortillas for burritos
Toppings of choice

Directions:

  1. Put everything in crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours until meat is falling apart. 
  2. Shred meat and put back in crock pot until ready to use. 
  3. Put desired toppings on burrito. Roll & ready to go.
