Ingredients:

1 recipe of Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 container pico de gallo
1 pkg chopped cabbage
Feta or Cotija cheese
2 avocados (or guacamole)
Lime
Salt
4-6 portions of white fish (Mahi mahi, tilapia, etc)

Directions:

Marinate the fish in the vinaigrette. 

Preheat grill and grill fish until cooked through.

Serve flaked fish in flour tortillas with cabbage, pico, cheese, avacado, some lime, salt, and a touch more of the vinaigrette.
