Honey Curry Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 C butter; melted
1/4 C honey
1/8 C prepared mustard
1/2 t salt
1/2 t curry powder
Directions:
- Poke holes into chicken. Combine the melted butter or margarine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken. Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken mixture in a shallow baking pan and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour (or less if your chicken is thin), basting every 30 minutes with pan drippings. In last 15 minutes of baking, remove foil and let chicken brown. Baste right before serving.
- Serve over rice.
