French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients:

4 LB Rump Roast
2 T Oil
3-4 C water
1 pkt Onion soup mix
2 t Minced garlic
1/2 T Seasoned salt
1/2 t Celery Seed
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t pepper
1 pkt Brown Gravy OR Au Jui Mix
Hoagie Rolls
Swiss Cheese (optional)

Directions:

In oil, brown all sides of roast.

Put roast into crockpot.  In the same pan that the roast was browned in, add 1 C water and all the seasonings.

Pour mixture over roast in crockpot.  Add remaining 2-3 C water.

Cook on low for 8-12 hours.  The longer it cooks, the more tender the meat.

Shred roast and put onto rolls.  Top with swiss cheese, if desired.  Use meat drippings for Au Jui dip.
