Ingredients:

2 LB Rump Roast
1/2 pkt Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 pkt brown gravy
1/2 C water
1 onion; chopped
4-6 Potatoes
1 LB carrots

Directions:

Place meat, soup mix, and water into crockpot.  Cook on low for 3-5 hours.  

Add the vegetables.  Continue to cook on low for 3 more hours.  

 

OR 

 

Place all ingredients into an lidded oven roasting pan.  Cook at 275 degrees for 4-6 hours.
