Ingredients:
2 Lbs chicken
¾ c. Oats
¼ c. parmesan cheese
¼ c. blanched almonds; chopped
2 T. parsley flakes
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
¼ t. ground thyme
½ c. butter
¼ t. garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine oats, cheese, almonds, parsley, and spices. In 13x9 baking dish, melt butter with garlic powder. Dip chicken in garlic butter and then into oat mixture. Place chicken pieces in baking dish and bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour. (This is a great warm dish, but it also is tasty cold, so it is a fun picnic meal)
